| 摘 要： | 研究了以微乳液为介质时,锰与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)的显色反应,选择了560 nm为测量波长,470 nm为参比波长,锰量在0.1~0.8μg/mL。在该范围内测定凤凰茶叶中的含锰量,结果满意。
