自适应二进小波去噪法

摘    要:本文通过引入一类新的可微阈值函数,建立了信号的能量同它的二进小波变换系数之间的关系.利用Stein无偏风险估计和梯度下降法,给出了迭代求解各尺度二进小波系数最优阈值的自适应去噪算法.数值实验结果表明,同现存的小波去噪技术相比,该算法的去噪结果具有更高的重构信噪比和更光滑的外观.

Abstract:A new class of thresholding functions is proposed.The energy conservation of the dyadic wavelet transform is proved.An adaptive denoising scheme based on the dyadic wavelet transform is introduced,which searches for the optimal threshold of each wavelet subband by minimizing a Stein unbiased risk estimation.Numerical experiments demonstrate that the proposed approach outperforms the classical wavelet-based denoising techniques.
