| 摘 要： | 论述了应用Pro/E软件进行齿轮的三维建模及参数化设计方法。建立了渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮参数化设计模型。利用Pro/E与ANSYS接口技术和ANSYS软件,对Pro/E中设计的具体渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮在一定载荷作用下的应力状态进行了有限元仿真分析。研究结果对齿轮模型库的开发、改进和优化齿轮设计具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The method of 3 - D modeling and parametric design of cylindrical spur gear in Pro/E software is discussed. Using the interface technology between Pro/E and ANSYS software, the simulation analysis of stress status of the involute cylindrical spur gear, designed in Pro/E, under a certain load is made. The research resuits has reference value to gear model library development and to the optimization design of the gear. |
