摘    要:内蒙古华电乌达热电有限公司机组多次发生因一次风机稀油站重故障信号发出而导致的一次风机跳闸、机组限负荷及锅炉灭火等事故.分析认为一次风机稀油站重故障信号的发出是因DCS错误采集了动力电缆的干扰信号而造成的,通过改进DCS系统逻辑组态及电气控制回路,避免了类似故障的发生.

Abstract:One accident on misinformation of multiple failure signal to lubricant station for primary air fan of power unit,Inner Mongolia Huadian Wuda Thermal Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,which cased several accidents as primary air fan trip,load limited to power generating unit,and boiler flame failure.Through analysis,reason for sending out misinformation of multiple failure signals to lubricant station for primary air fan of power unit is caused by because DCS picked up disturbing signals from power cable by error.After revamping logic configuration of DCS system and electrical control loop,homologous accident has been avoided.
