| Abstract: | According to the insufficient water resource currently,the paper points out the water-saving measures from the publicity of the water-saving idea,the extension of new water-saving technique and the establishment of long-term water-saving mechanism,and forms the better environment for the sustainable application of the water resource by the three-dimensional interactions of all aspects,so as to save water resources. |
