摘    要:包头第三热电厂氢冷发电机组密封油真空泵系统改造前,原配备1台水环真空泵及2台罗茨泵,水环真空泵异常时,真空油箱真空无法保证,影响机组的安全稳定运行.经分析,决定在密封油真空系统中增加1台备用水环真空泵,同时取消罗茨泵组.系统改造后,机组各项技术指标均能满足要求,每年可节约厂用电量26.28 MWh.

Abstract:Before retrofit to sealing oil vacuum pumping system of hydrogen-cooled generating unit,No.3 Baotou Thermal Power Plant,originally it is equipped with one liquid ring vacuum pump and two roots vacuum pumps.When liquid ring vacuum pump is under exceptional working condition,vacuum inside vacuum oil tank can not be satisfied,and safe or stable operation of generating unit is greatly influenced.Through further analysis,we decide to add a standby liquid ring vacuum pump in sealing oil vacuum pumping system and to draw back roots vacuum pump group simultaneously.After system revamp,requirements of power generation can be satisfied by each technical parameter of unit,saving 26.28 MWh of auxiliary power consumption every year.
