摘    要:内蒙古国华呼伦贝尔发电有限公司2×600 MW超临界机组锅炉采用墙式切圆燃烧方式,燃用当地产褐煤,自投运以来存在严重的结焦问题。从燃用煤种、锅炉设计特点、燃烧特性等方面对结焦原因进行了分析,并提出选用接近设计煤种的燃煤、选择合适的周界风速、降低炉膛与大风箱差压等调整措施。通过调整,炉焦量显著下降,锅炉结焦问题得到明显遏制。对同类型采用墙式切圆燃烧方式的褐煤锅炉防结焦具有一定的参考作用。

Abstract:Coking occured in 2×600 MW supercritical boiler of Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulunbeier Power Generation Co.,Ltd. since its operation. Burning coal, boiler design features, and combustion characteristics were analyzed to determine the cause of coking. And put forword the way of selecting suitable coal, the appropriate perimeter wind speed and other measures to deal with it. By adjusting, coke rate and significantly declined and the result of anti-coke is achieved.
