| 摘 要： | 针对长治电网变电站综合自动化系统中监控系统运行现状,对变电站监控系统运行的不稳定性和故障的不确定性进行了分析,提出了建立变电站应急监控系统的策略,针对RCS-9700变电站综合自动化系统的监控系统建立并安装了应急监控系统,解决了监控系统运行不稳定的问题.

| Abstract: | In connection with current situation on operation of monitoring and control system to substation of Changzhi power grid,we have made further research on instability operation and fault uncertainty in operation of monitoring and control system to substation,and suggested strategy to establish emergency monitoring and control system.Through practical operation,this system occupies preferable practicability and application generalizability. |
