台阶式布置在火力发电厂中的应用

摘    要:根据场地自然地形起伏情况,结合工程的工艺系统、生产运行、交通运输、防洪、排雨水、管线敷设、土(石)方工程、场地面积等要求,对内蒙古伊东投资集团有限公司2×330 MW煤泥综合利用供热机组工程进行了竖向设计中的台阶式布置,将电厂厂区划分为3级台地.设计中,充分考虑到场地的交通及排水问题,并就台阶式布置的优点与难点进行了介绍.厂区采用台阶式布置后,达到预期效果,不仅能够满足电厂竖向设计的要求,还为电厂节省土(石)方工程量和投资.

Abstract:On basis of natural terrain,combining process systems for project,production and operation,transportation,flood control,drainage of rainwater,pipeline laying,earth(rock) side project,and site area requirements,2 × 330 MW coal slime multipurpose heat-power cogeneration units of Inner Mongolia Yidong Investment Group Limited,constructed with stepped layout in vertical design,and entire station area of power plant is divided into three terraces.In design,traffic and drainage issues have been fully taken into account,and advantages and difficulties of stepped layout have been fully introduced.It shows that expected results by adoption of stepped layout can not only satisfy requirements of vertical design for power plant,but also,can save earth(rock) side amount of works and investment.
