摘    要:针对鄂尔多斯北郊变电站至国电东胜热电220 kV线路胜北Ⅱ回OPGW光纤芯受损断股,两套线路保护通道中断,线路被迫退出运行的故障,分析断缆故障原因为OPGW在厂区内构架处未接地致感应电长时间放电腐蚀。实施更换1号终端塔至厂区构架段的OPGW,并在构架处重新接地,将胜北Ⅰ回、Ⅱ回各自两套线路保护调整至不同光缆等措施,实现了同一条线路两套保护的双路由设置,提高了线路运行的可靠性和稳定性。

Abstract:That fault of optical fiber core damaged segments, two sets of line protection channel interrupt and line forced to quit running occurred in 220 kV Shengbei Line II OPGW from Erdos Beijiao Substation to Dongsheng Thermal Power Plant. Through analysis, the causes were that OPGW in plant architecture was ungrounded, which caused induction electric discharge corrosion for long time resulting in OPGW damaged interruption. By replacing OPGW from terminall tower to frame section of plant,re-grounding in the frame and adjust line protection of Shengbei I and II Transmission Line to different optical fiber cable, to achieve the same lines of two sets of double route protection, improves the operation reliability of lines.
