连铸结晶器摩擦力的研究现状

摘    要: 结晶器内部发生的热力综合作用是影响并制约连铸生产过程的主要因素,铸坯与结晶器之间的摩擦及润滑行为对铸坯质量及生产效率有着重要的影响。综述了结晶器摩擦力计算的研究现状,简要介绍了国内外就摩擦力在线监测研究方面所取得的研究成果,并对结晶器热力联合在线监控技术进行了展望。

Abstract:The comprehensive thermomechanical effect in the mould is the main factor which influences and restricts the production process of continuous casting, and the friction and lubrication behaviors between slab and mould have great effect on the quality and productivity of slab. In this paper, current status about calculating mould friction were summarized, the achievements of online monitoring mould friction were introduced briefly, and the perspective of thermomechanical monitoring in mould was given.
