摘    要:本文论述用管式转炉研究煤系高岭土氯化焙烧除铁增白工艺的影响因素及其机理。其主要控制参数是升温速度、恒温湿度及恒温时间、炉内气氛等;其机理是高岭土中的含铁矿物主要以FeO参与氯化反应,氯化产物从料层表面逸出后被排出。

Abstract:The technology and mechanism of chloridizing roasting for removal of iron from kaolinite in coal measures have been investigated with a tubing furnace. The main controlling parameters are rising rate of temperature, fixed roasting temperature and time, atmosphere in the furnace, etc. The mechanism is iron minerals contained in kaolinite as FeO to participate in chloridizing reaction and evolution of chlorination products from roaster bed.
