| Abstract: | This paper introduced an application of virtual instrument technology in testing system,and analyzed both hardware and software system of the testing system and its characters.The emphasis was on the realization in the practical application,which included the operation interface,testing thread,DLL,database,inquiry on network and etc.The paper also introduced the concepts and labCVI programming language of virtual instrument.The circuit board testing system developed by Hebei Far East Harris Communication Company is a latest product that is developed applying the virtual instrument technology.It provides visible operating condition and perfect testing function to ensure the product quality. |
