摘    要:介绍了虚拟仪器技术在测试系统具体应用。详细分析了测试技术的软硬件系统和特点。重点说明了在实际应用中测试系统的实现,包括:操作界面、测试线程、动态连接库、数据库及网络查询等。介绍了虚拟仪器技术的概念及虚拟仪器编程语言labCVI。河北远东哈里斯通信有限公司开发的电路板测试系统就是应用虚拟仪器技术开发的最新产品,它提供了可视化的操作环境和完善的测试功能,从而保证了产品质量。

Abstract:This paper introduced an application of virtual instrument technology in testing system,and analyzed both hardware and software system of the testing system and its characters.The emphasis was on the realization in the practical application,which included the operation interface,testing thread,DLL,database,inquiry on network and etc.The paper also introduced the concepts and labCVI programming language of virtual instrument.The circuit board testing system developed by Hebei Far East Harris Communication Company is a latest product that is developed applying the virtual instrument technology.It provides visible operating condition and perfect testing function to ensure the product quality.
