Class Task Design in Teaching Business English Correspondence

TBLT is an effective way to cultivate students’ ability in solving practical problems with English. Based on the particular features of the course of Business English Correspondence and the author’s teaching experience,this paper illustrates the basic principles,design procedures and teachers' role orientation when applying TBLT to the task design in teaching Business English Correspondence. It hence points out the important significance in applying TBLT to BEC teaching and it provides new perspectives to explore more effective approaches in BEC teaching.
