潘口水电站厂房结构动力分析

摘    要:由于水电站厂房结构比较复杂,网格划分非常困难,本文在建立厂房有限元模型中采用了过渡单元来进行网格划分。为说明采用过渡单元的合理性,文中用梁模型验证了其计算精度。在此基础上,对厂房结构进行了模态分析和厂房自振频率校核,得出可以计算厂房整体结构而无需单独计算蜗壳和尾水管就可以满足计算要求的结论。最后,计算和分析了厂房结构的校核工况、地震工况及尾水管的检修工况,并进行了应力强度校核。

Abstract:Meshing is very hard because of the structure of the hydropower plant is complex.So,this article have taken use of transitional elements for meshing in establishing FEM model of the plant.For explaining the rationality of using transitional element,there used beam model to verify its accuracy in article.Based on it,this article have taken modal analysis and checked nature frequency of plant structure,then have reached the conclusion of there is no need to caculate the partial structure just only through caculating whole of the structure we can get the results.At last,there have caculated and analysised checking condition,seismic condition,maintenance condition of tube and have checked stress intensity.
