采煤机传动系统故障诊断的仿真实现

摘    要:用AutoCAD实现了采煤机传动系统的三维实体造型,用VisualC++,VisualLISP等工具完成了主轴箱轴承、齿轮、轴等部位在运行中出现故障时的立体动画,经实时振动信号检测以及信号处理(统计处理、频谱分析、小波分析等)后提取出故障特征,再经人工神经网络、模糊决策等手段进行决策,可判定故障部位和程度,并可在微机上直观地看到主轴箱在运行过程中各故障具体部位及损伤程度的计算机仿真结果。

Abstract:The 3D entity sculpting of driving system of mining machine has been finished by AutoCAD.By using the tool of Visual C and Visual LISP,we accomplished the solid moving picture when the bearings,gears and shafts of headstock are fault at the time of operation.By the acceleration sensors of piezocrystal,we can check the vibration of the machine tools,after analyzing these signals,use the method of statistics,frequency analysis and wavelet analysis,the characteristics of fault are picked up.By the decision-making of artificial neural network(ANN),fuzzy identification and expert system,it is clear where and how the machines are fault when the machine is working,it is displayed in the screen directly and instantly.
