摘    要:MH-Ni电池是近十几年来发展起来,用以替代Cd-Ni电池的产品,以前所采用的制作工艺比较复杂,现通过研究改变正、负极混料成分及添加微量元素,将开口化成工艺取消,卷绕极片装入电池壳,滴注适量电解液后,封口即可.并且研究了两种方法制作的电池性能。

Abstract:MH-Ni battery has deen developed since last ten years and it is used to substituteCd-Ni battery.The previous process was complicated . By changing mixed proportion of anode andcathode and adding trace elements , the open process of charging and discharging is eleminated. Rolledpole pieces are loaded into battery cases and the right amount of electrolyte is dropped into cases,then the cases are sealed directly. The properties of battery made by the two methods are studied.
