土石过水围堰最不利工况确定的研究

摘    要:施工导流标准是影响施工导流经济性、安全性的决定性因素之一,是导流建筑物规模设计的依据.目前,土石过水围堰以其能充分利用当地材料,造价低廉而得以广泛的应用.基于过水围堰下游护坡稳定性分析、实际观测资料和浙江省瓯江滩坑水电站模型试验的研究成果,系统分析了影响土石过水围堰溢流工况的主要因素,提出了衡量最不利工况的指标和确定最不利流量的方法,为土石过水围堰堰体下游护坡结构及消能防冲设施设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The standard of river diversion during construction is one of decisive factors affecting economy and security of diversion, at the same time it is reference of training works size design, so diversion standard is critical to embody economy and technique policy in hydraulic and hydroelectric projects. Overflow earth-rock cofferdam is broadly used for its indigenous materials and low cost. Based on former results, actual observational data and Tanken hydropower station hydraulic structural model tests, the factors affecting the operating condition of earth-rock overtopped cofferdam are systematically analyzed. A method was worked out for measuring the worst operating condition and determining the worst discharge of overtopped cofferdam during construction stage.
