| 摘 要： | 备用容量支持服务是电力市场辅助服务的重要组成部分,为此对新英格兰州电力市场的备用容量支持辅助服务的内涵和投标评价、服务费用量化、运行机制等方面进行总结和分析。在借鉴其丰富经验的基础上,探讨了我国电力市场中备用容量服务的现状和存在的问题,并提出有关该项辅助服务的市场模式和运作机制等方面的设想。 |

| Abstract: | The content of the reserve capacity-an important ancillary service, bid evaluation, servicecost and operation mechanizm in New England power market are analysed. Based on its advanced experience , the current status and problems of reserve capacity ancillary service in China power market are anaysed and the corresponding market mode and operation mechanizm are discussed. |
