机电一体化车轮轮毂有限元优化设计

摘    要:机电一体化车轮将永磁同步轮毂电机、减速装置、制动装置以及润滑冷却系统、车辆悬挂、转向接口等零部件直接与车轮集合成为一体,是体现电动和混合动力车辆性能和运用优势的关键和必要技术之一。本文针对适用于轮式特种车辆的机电一体化车轮轮毂结构复杂、系统集成度高的特点,采用有限元工程分析方法,进行机电一体化车轮轮毂总体结构的优化设计,解决了各分系统壳体结构以及支撑连接零部件存在的强度问题,然后采用多目标系统综合评价方法进行优化结果的综合评价,提高了机电一体化车轮轮毂的一体化设计水平。

Abstract:The integrated mechatronical wheel includes an In-wheel PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor),a reduction device,a brake device,the lubricating and cooling system,and so on.It’s the key factor to improve the performance of EV(Eletric Vehicle) and HEV(Hybird Electric Vehicle).In this paper,the integrated mechatronical wheels will be applied to the special type vehicles;however such integrated wheel composition is complex.With the FEA(Finite Element Analysis),the optimization design of such wheel hub has been achieved.The strength problems of the shell structure and other supporting components have been solved.By evaluating the final optimization results,the integrated design level has been improved according to the design method mentioned in the paper.
