摘    要:汽轮发电机转子轴颈损伤采用刷镀等方法修补后存在诸多问题,对此利用大型回转机械转子轴颈在线精车与珩磨系统(TR)系列专用设备进行精车与珩磨获得了很好的效果。在线修复后机组瓦温、振动等运行状态正常,轴颈修复方案取得了实效。

Abstract:After rotor shaft neck damage of the turbogenerator set, many problems were existing after repair by using brush plating method etc., but very good result has been obtained from precission turning and honing by using series equipment of online precision turning and honing system for shaft neck of largescale rotating machinary. After online repair, the temperature and vibration etc. of bearing shoes become in normal operation condition, the shaft neck repair scheme obtaining practical result.
