基于可靠性的钢丝绳更换决策

摘    要:为了提高钢丝绳使用寿命,保证其安全运行,论文运用weibull分布模型,建立累积故障与运行时间之间的关系,提出基于可靠性的更换决策。重点描述了依据当前运行时间及状态预测条件剩余寿命和确定下步维修间隔,并利用算例进行分析。计算结果表明,该更换决策具有可行性。

Abstract:To increase life time and ensure safe operation of wire rope, this paper establishes the relationship of failure cumulative distribu- tion and running time on the base of weibull distribution model,proposes the replacement decision based on reliability. According to present time and condition,the conditional residual time is calculated and the next step maintenance interval is determined. Example analysis shows that the method is feasible.
