自动化专业生产实习的改革与探索

生产实习是本科教学过程最后阶段的实践教学环节,应充分体现专业培养目标中面向实际岗位能力需求的基本要求。在明确自动化专业生产实习重要性的基础上,针对传统的生产实习模式存在的不足,按照我院实用型创新型人才培养目标的要求,以实践能力培养为导向,对自动化专业生产实习教学改革进行了探索。采用分散到现代化工厂参观实习和利用开放实验室、创新实验室集中实习相结合的方法,形成以学生为中心的生产实习方式。实践表明,生产实习的质量得到了提高,教学效果明显改善。

Reform and Exploration of Production Practice for the Automation Specialty

Production practice teaching internship is the final stage of the undergraduate teaching process, and should fully reflect the basic re- quirements for the actual job capacity needs professional training objectives. In the clear the automation professional production internship im- portance based on, for the shortcomings of the traditional manufacturing practice mode, in accordance with the requirements of practical cre- ative talents of our hospital training objectives, practical ability and training-oriented automated professional production practice teaching re- form explored. Dispersed to the modern factory visit to the practice and the use of open laboratory, innovation lab focused internship com- bined method, the formation of a student-centered production internship. The practice shows that the improvement in the quality of pro- duction internship teaching results improved significantly.
