基于PMAC多轴组数控系统研究

摘    要:论文详细讨论了现有的各种数控系统,在综合比较各种数控系统优缺点的基础上,采用PC+NC的体系结构。基于功能强大的PMAC多轴运动控制卡,设计了系统的硬件体系结构和软件体系结构,并且实现了多通道的控制方式,使数控系统更加智能化和人性化。

Abstract:This paper discussed the existing CNC system, comprehensive comparison of the numerical control system in the advantages and disadvantages, and adopt the PC + NC system structure. Based on the powerful PMAC multi-axis motion control card, the design of the system hardware architecture and software architecture, and realize the multi-channel control method, the numerical control system more in- telligent and humanization.
