摘    要:针对相交特征的自动工艺规划算法对产品制造信息的需求,研究了基于特征的自动工艺规划算法对特征几何属性和工艺属性信息的需求关系,提出了一种针对相交特征制造工艺决策的产品信息模型。以虚面信息作为搜索相交特征相关信息的驱动信息,建立由虚面信息索引层、相交特征索引层、基本制造信息层三个层次的信息所构成相交特征制造信息模型。通过对基于特征基面的制造特征自动识别算法的研究,以一个应用实例对相交特征制造信息的获取过程进行解释,表明了基于相交特征的制造信息模型的实用性和有效性。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of the automatic process planning algorithm based on interacting features, demand relationship between feature geometric properties information and crafts attributes information was studied for the automatic process planning algorithm based on interacting features. A product information model was constructed for the technology decision based on interacting features. Treating the virtual face information as the driving information for searching related information about interacting features, the manufacturing informa- tion model which includes virtual information index level, interacting feature index level and basic manufacturing information level was con- structed. By studying the algorithm of manufacturing features automatic recognition based on feature base-face, the acquisition process of in- tersection features manufacturing information was explained with an apphcation example. The practical utility and effectiveness of the manu- factufing information model based on interacting features was demonstrated.
