摘    要:该文针对双闭环直流调速系统的性能对直流电机及机械负载对象的参数依赖性大的问题,提出一种基于电机机理模型与驱动器的特点、结合电流闭环等进行参数辨识与调节器参数自整定的方法并采用转速微分负反馈以进一步优化动态性能,仿真验证了该方法的可行性,最后介绍了以高性能嵌入式微处理器为核心的系统技术实现方案.

Abstract:For the problem that the performance of double-loop DC speed regulating system greatly depends on its motor and mechanical object parameters,a method of parameters identification and regulator selftuning is proposed,which is based on the characteristics of motor mechanism model and driver and combined with the current loop.The speed differential negative feedback is used to optimize the system's dynamic performance.The simulation results verify the feasibility of this method.Finally,a technical implementation scheme with the high-performance embedded CPU is briefly introduced.
