摘    要:利用CFD方法对508钢管吹灰系统的关键部件进行参数优化,改变喷嘴直径,对吹灰系统进行仿真分析。研究了不同参数对吹灰系统内部流场分布的影响。针对不同参数条件下的钢管端部漏气量进行分析,得到了相对优化的喷嘴尺寸结构方案。仿真结果对实际工程中具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Optimizing the parameter of key components in 508 steel tube blowing system with the method of CFD. Simulating the blowing system by changing the inlet velocity and nozzle diameter.Analyzing the impact of the internal flow field on the blowing system under differ- ent parameters,Analyzing the leakage in the end of steel tube under different parameters and getting a relative optimized scheme about nozzle's size and structure.The simulation results has certain directive significance in practical projects.
