光子晶体缺陷模随缺陷结构变化规律及其双模特性的数值研究

摘    要:本文利用光学传输矩阵理论,对一维光子晶体缺陷层存在和不存在时光子晶体缺陷模进行了研究。计算表明:在计算模型中缺陷层存在与否,都可以产生缺陷模,并从产生机理上给予了解释。计算了不同周期厚度与光的入射角对光子晶体缺陷模的影响,得到了单缺陷层时,双模产生的条件及随缺陷层光学厚度变化的规律,得到的一些结论将有助于我们更好的理解和进一步开发光子晶体的应用。

Abstract:In this paper, we carry out the numerical calculating on defect modes of 1D photonic crystal and analyse the defect mode characteristics in detail by the optical transmission matrix method. It is found that defect modes exist in our structure designed whether the defect dielectric layer or not. We investigate further the distributions of defect modes in the above cases, respectively, considering the influence of incident angle. It is found the double modes exist in certain conditions. Above all, we gave the specific conditions in which the double modes exist. It is believed that the result given in our paper can greatly open up application of photonic crystal in optical devices and contribute our comprehension on defect modes of 2D,3D photonic crystal.
