摘    要:重庆朝天门长江大桥主桥为3跨连续钢桁系杆拱桥,节点为高强度螺栓连接,连接关系复杂,螺栓孔连接精度要求高。通过对主桁杆件、节点板等关键构件的制造精度控制,在试拼装过程中对累积误差进行精度管理,确保了拱肋精确安装合龙及拱肋线形。

Abstract:The main bridge Chongqing Chaotianmen Yangtse River steel arch bridge is a type of tie bar-arch steel truss bridge, formed by 3 continuous spans. To link all nodes with HS bolts, it’s very difficulty between tow beams. All holes of HS bolts will be bore truly to ensure the exactness position. By controling manufactural precision of key members such as main truss rod,node plate etc,managing the precision of cumulative error during trial assembling,installation fold and shape of the arch are ensured.
