| Abstract: | The student work is an ordinary but important work in our higher education, and the counselor is the fresh combatants who deal with the student works. This paper brings up author's opinions and suggestions based on employing the qualified counselors, arranging the position properly, making the duty clear, strictly controlling, cultivating, improving consciously to strengthen counselor's building of contingent in six respects. Hope to play some positive impetuses to counselor's work. |
