| Abstract: | FEM analysis was conducted on the welded empty sphere and stell tube joint in this paper, effects of the incompletely filled groove depth and the leg length of reinforced circle welding seam on the spheric joint stress concentration was studied, discussion was done on the feasibility of reinforcing the superscaled incomplete penetration spheric joint with fillet weld. |
