The liposome,as a class of phospholipid with outstanding nature has been used in drug carrier system in last years.The transdermal drug delivery system (TDDS) i s a novel kingdom in the pharmacy.Up to date,the various of TDDSs also have bee n gained more and more advance and development by the technology of liposome enca psulation in the fields of medical and cosmetic produce of our country.According to the analyses for the information involved with the character and components of liposomes,and the pharmaceutics mechanism of TDDSs that preparated by the tec hnology of liposome encapsulation,and its newly basic experiment and research pr ogress,the results shown that the technology of liposome encapsulation will be a ppear a wider foreground on the correlated fields of our country in future.
