基于现场总线的多电机同步控制

摘    要:以实现印刷机组多电机同步控制为目标,设计了一个基于现场总线PROFIBUS.DP的多电机同步控制系统。在PLC主站中采用BP神经网络算法,实现多电机转速的智能分配,从而达到同步控制,在专门设计的智能从站中运用双模自适应模糊PID,对单个电机的速度控制很精确。

Abstract:A system ofmulti-motor synchronization was briefly designs, which was based on PROFIBUS-DP to realize control ofpress sets that need to control multi-motor synchronization. A BP neural network arithmetic was adopted in PLC to distribute rev of multimotor intelligently, and two-mode self-tuning fuzzy PID was managed in slave stations to control single motor accurately.
