核桃壳过滤器设计参数试验研究

摘    要:在辽河油田分别对核桃壳过滤器的纳污能力、过滤周期、反洗强度、反洗时间等参数进行了现场试验 ,提出了过滤器的成熟期和有效过滤期两个阶段的界限 ,并对核桃壳过滤器是否加入清洗剂反洗进行了试验对比。试验结果表明 ,单位体积核桃壳在一个周期内的纳污能力为34 8kg/m3,反冲洗周期为 15h ,反冲洗强度为 9 1L/m2 ·s,冲洗时间 2 0min ,出水含油量低于10mg/L ,出水悬浮物含量低于 2 0mg/L ,加入清洗剂清洗 ,反洗效果明显比不加清洗剂要好

Abstract:The design parameters of the walnut shell filter were tested on site in Liaohe oilfield. The concept of mature period and effectively filtering period is brought forth. And a comparison is made on filtering with/without cleaning agent added. Test result shows that the removal rate of oil and suspended particles in a filtering cycle is 34.8kg/m 3, the back-wash cycle is 15h, back-wash strength is 9.1L/(m 2·s), back-wash time is 20min, oil content in the filtered water is less than 10mg/L, and suspended particles content is less than 20mg/L. The back-washing effect is better with cleaning agent added than that without cleaning agent added.
