石墨炉原子吸收法在电子工业用超净高纯试剂分析中的应用

摘    要:研究了超净高纯试剂异丙醇中痕量镉的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定法。制定了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定痕量镉的分析程序,试样经挥发浓缩,采用标准曲线法测定。石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定超净高纯试剂异丙醇中痕量镉,较火焰原子吸收法灵敏度高,但由于超净高纯试剂异丙醇中基体比较复杂,因此在石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定中,由基体引起的背景吸收干扰往往比较严重。为此利用氘灯进行背景校正。同时进行加标回收测定。分析测定结果令人满意。

Abstract:The analytical condition for cadmium with Graphite Furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer was studied in this paper.In order to determine microamount cadmium in the super-pure isopropyl alcohol.the concentratiing impure sample by means of the evaporation was adropted and the satisfactry results was obtained by the standard curve method.Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry for measuring Micro-amount cadmium in Super-pure Chemical Reagents isopropyl alcohol is better sensitivity than the flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry.But because of Super-pure Chemical Reagents isopropyl alcohol is more complicated,the background absorption disturbance caused by the substrate is often serious.So the deuterium lamp is used to carry out background's correct.This method has been applied to the determination of cadmium in Super-pure Chemical Reagents with satisfactory results.
