摘    要:黄淮海煤矿区多属于高潜水位矿区,煤炭开采导致地表沉陷、洼地大量积水;同时存在耕地面积锐减、土地产出率低和生态失衡等问题,严重影响了资源可持续利用和社会经济可持续发展,在我国工业化、城镇化高速发展的今天,亟待需要揭示水土资源的演替规律和解决采煤沉陷区的水土资源的盘活利用问题。研究以徐州市沛县矿区为研究对象,将D-InSar二轨差分方法用于从ALOS PALSAR图像中提取表面塌陷信息,基于IDL平台可视化编程选择并实现随机森林算法,并引入图像的光谱、纹理及其他相关指数特征,对沛北矿区的高分辨率遥感影像进行分类,结合塌陷信息和分类信息,进一步将水域划分为天然水域和塌陷水域;采用ANN-CLUE-S模型,对沛北矿区2030年自然发展情景、可持续发展情景、经济发展情景3种不同情景下的水土空间格局模拟预测,从而为政府决策及相关规划方案的制定提供依据。

Simulation of soil and water spatial succession pattern in subsidence area of typical coal mining in Huang huai hai area
Abstract:The Huanghuaihai Coal Mine area is mostly a high phreatic mining area.Coal mining causes surface subsidence and large amount of water in the depression.At the same time,there are problems such as sharp decline in cultivated land area,low land output rate and ecological imbalance,which seriously affects the sustainable use of resources and social economy.In today’s rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China,it is urgent to reveal the succession laws of water and soil resources and solve the problem of revitalization of water and soil resources in coal mining and subsidence areas.This paper takes the Peixian mining area in Xuzhou as the research object,and uses the D InSar two track differential method to extract the surface subsidence information from the ALOS PALSAR image.Based on the IDL platform visual programming,the random forest algorithm is selected and implemented,and the image spectrum and texture are introduced,thus,the high resolution remote sensing images of Peibei mining area is classified.Combined with subsidence information and classification information,the water area is further divided into natural and collapsed waters.Using ANN CLUE S model,the water and soil spatial patterns are simulated in three different scenarios for 2030 in Peibei mining area,including natural development scenarios,sustainable development scenarios,and economic development scenarios,which provides a basis for government decision making and related planning.
