微磨料气射流加工特性实验研究

摘    要:为了获得微磨料气射流加工的一般原理,设计了一套微磨料气射流喷砂实验装置,利用该装置实验调查了射流特性及喷射参数对微磨料气射流加工的影响规律,并结合气固两相流理论对问题进行了分析。得到了微磨料气射流加工中喷射距离、喷射时间和磨料粒度对加工效果的影响规律,最终确定了合理的加工参数。

Abstract:In order to obtain the mechanisms of micro-abrasive jet machining (MAJM), the principle experiment set-up of micro-abrasive jet machining are developed. With the help of this device, the capabilities of MAJM and machining parameter effects on machining capability are investigated, then some problems of machining process are analyzed by the use of gas-liquid two-phase theory. At last, the effects of the jet distance, jet time and the granularity of micro-abrasive to machining capability are obtained, and also feasible machining parameters are confirmed.
