磁性磨损监测器的研究

摘    要:使用中的润滑油含有金属磨损粒子的多少,不仅仅反映机件磨损的大小,而且还与润滑油的劣化有一定的关系。在各种金属磨粒中,铁粒子最有代表性。铁粒子最大的特点是具有可磁化的性质。利用这个性质研制出的磨损和润滑油品质劣化监测器,结构简单,反应灵敏。这种监测器可望在各种机器中使用。本文就监测器的工作原理、结构、试验和实际使用情况作一介绍。

Abstract:Numbers of the metal wear-out articles in applied luboil not only reflects the wear-out of machine parts,but also relate to the deterionation level of the luboil.Iron particle is the best representaive among all kinds of metal wear-out particles,Its biggest characteristic is that it can be magnetized. The wear-out monitor is developed by using this character.It has simple structure.Highly sensitive and can be used in all kinds of machines. This paper introduces the monitor in its work principle,structure, experiment and probations-situation.
