亚微米SiC_P增强Al基复合材料磨损表面分形特性研究

摘    要:通过对亚微米SiCP增强Al基复合材料磨损表面的分形研究,更深入研究亚微米SiCP增强Al基复合材料的摩擦磨损特性与分形维数的关系。研究表明,亚微米SiCP增强Al基复合材料的分形维数与材料的磨损量有关,随着磨损量的增加,分形维数亦趋于增大,且分形维数在1.6≤D≤1.9之间。

Abstract:The purpose is to provide a deeper understanding of the wear behaviour of SiCp/A1 composites through a detailed examination of the wear surface and the sub - surface regions such an examination indicates that fractal dimension of micrometer SiCp reinforced A1 matrix composite is related to wear volurnn , with the increase in SiCp wear volume , the fractal dimension is bigger and bigger.
