中小城市静态交通的若干问题及对策

通过对中小城市静态交通问题研究的必要性分析,以清徐县现状车辆存在停车问题的研究为例,提出了中小城市普遍存在的停车问题,并分析出现停车问题的原因,借鉴并学习大城市处理停车问题的先进经验,从规划、建设、经营、管理等方面着手提出相应的解决对策,从而解决停车问题。

Problems of static traffic in middle and small city and countermeasures

Through analyzing necessity of study of problems of static traffic in middle and small city,the paper proposes common parking problems in middle and small city by taking parking problems in Qingxu county,it also analyzes reasons for the problems.After studying and learning advanced experiences of handling parking problems in large city,the paper proposes relative countermeasures from aspects of planning,construction,running and management and so on,so as to solve the parking problem.
