圆柱体弯曲振动超声电机椭圆运动轨迹研究

摘    要:分析了圆柱体弯曲振动超声电机定子上质点椭圆运动轨迹的特点。从椭圆运动的两个分运动,即有效椭圆运动和线性滑动两个方面,对三种不同驱动方式的电机进行仿真分析,并将结果绘制成图。得出了圆柱体弯曲振动超声电机定子的外圆面中部无线性滑动的结论,为提高圆柱体弯曲振动超声电机的效率及结构简化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The elliptical motion on the stator of cylindrical ultrasonic motor was analyzed herein. The elliptic motion of the particle on stator was decomposed into the effective elliptic motion and the linear slip. Three types of motor with different driving surface were researched to find their different characteristics of the effective elliptic motion and linear slip by simulation method. The results show that there is no linear slip on the middle part of cylindrical surface of the stator. The researches offer theoretical basis for improving the efficiency and simplifying the structure of this type of motor.
