摘    要:以钛酸四正丁酯和无水乙醇为主要原料,另掺杂一定比例的Fe^3+,以溶胶一凝胶法制备Fe-TiO2复合光催化剂,并用XRD和SEM等手段进行表征。以4-(2-毗啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)光催化降解为模型反应,在可见光条件下对所制备的催化剂催化性能进行表征和评价。结果表明,掺铁比不掺杂TiO2有更高的催化活性,同时也验证了锐钛矿型TiO2是催化活性最高的晶型。

Abstract:Nanometer Fe-TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared from Ti(OBu)4, C2H5OH and in addition certain proportion of Fe^3+ by sol-gel. The structural properities of the catalyst were characterized by means of XRD and TEM techniques. The catalytic activity was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of PAR as a model reaction. The results indicated that the photocatalytic activity of the TiO2-Fe2 O3 composite catalyst is improved greatly compared with TiO2, and also confirmed that anatase TiO2 is the highest catalytic activity crystal.
