摘    要:本论文叙述了一种高强耐磨混凝土外掺料的性能,并通过XRD、SEM、DTA、EDXA和Ca(OH)2量测定等分析测试方法,较全面地观察和研究了这种外掺料对水泥水化产物和水化产物结构的影响。此外还通过孔结构测试、显微硬度测试等方法分析和研究了这种外掺料对混凝土结构的影响,最终说明这种外掺料提高混凝土强度和耐磨性的作用机理。

Abstract:The paper introduces a high strength and abrasive-resistance concrete admixture. And by the analysis methods of XRD, SEM, DTA, EDXA, bonding water measurement and Ca(OH)2 measurement, the effects made by this admixture to the cement hydration substances, structures of hydration substances, hydration speed and hydration extent were studied and observed. Besides, the effects of this admixture to concrete structure has been also studied and analyzed through the cavity structure measurement and micro-hardness measurement etc.The impact mechanism of this admixture to improve concrete strength and abrasive-resistance effect have been finally concluded.
