摘    要:相交边界是由于特征相交而出现在结果物体上的相交特征的公共边界,根据参与相交的特征类型和相交边界的类型等信息,可以确定特征的相交情况,结合加工知识就可以针对不同的加工方法建立确定相交特征之间的加工顺序的规则,据此开发的确定相交特征之间的加工顺序约束关系的算法,不仅避免了大部分几何求交运算,而且能够保证顺序约束的合理性。

Abstract:The intersecting edges and faces form the common boundaries among intersecting features on the resulting part. Information about the feature intersection can be obtained by analyzing the type of intersecting features and characteristics of intersecting boundaries. Machining sequence rules for various intersecting features can be worked out adaptive to each kind of machining operations according to the intersection situation, types of intersecting features, and machining knowledge. Based on these rules, the algorithm for determining the machining sequence constraints of intersecting features is developed, resulting in high efficiency of process planning and rationality of machining sequences.
