摘    要:激光平坦度仪广泛应用于热轧带钢平坦度在线检测与控制。从激光平坦度仪信号检测和处理系统的系统组成、工作原理和信号处理方法等方面进行了详细的分析,包括CCD光信号采样、A/D转换、FIFO存储及DSP信号处理等;对于原系统中计算机过于陈旧及在通讯方面出现的问题,进行了系统改进,重新配置计算机并采用了新的以太网通讯方式,新系统在投入使用后取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:Laser flatness gauge is widely used in on-line measurement of the steel strip shape in hot rolling progress.This paper detailedly analyzes the system structure,working principle and signal processing method of the signal detecting and processing system in the gauge.This system includes: optical signal acquisition by CCD sensor,signal translation by analog-to-digital converter(A/DC),signal storage in FIFO,signal processing by DSP and data processing with computer.Because of the problems of staleness and communication in the computers,the old system is improved,new computers and new communication mode of Ethernet are adopted. The new system is satisfying after being put into operation.
