卤素灯加热红外成像检测技术仿真研究

摘    要:针对复合材料的红外成像无损检测问题,使用卤素灯作为激励源,配合非制冷红外热像仪搭建了检测系统,并针对该系统建立了仿真模型,应用Ansys软件对碳纤维复合材料平底洞试验样件进行了仿真分析,给出了检测结果,得出了该系统的检测性能参数。应用该系统对实际的碳纤维复合材料平底洞试验样件进行了检测试验。结果表明,仿真分析与实际检测结果相符,性能参数分析准确。本文搭建的系统成本低、检测效果好,激励功率和作用时间容易调整,可应用于各类复合材料的无损检测领域。

Abstract:For infrared imaging nondestructive testing (NDT) of composite materials,using a halogen lamp as an excitation source,the detection system with uncool thermal infrared imager was built.Test pieces of carbon fiber composite material with flat hole were simulated and analyzed by Ansys software,and detection parameters of the system and test results were obtained.The actual test pieces of carbon fiber composite material with flat holes were tested by the system.The results show that the simulation analysis is consistent with the actual test results.This system has the characteristics of low cost,good detection effect,easy adjustment of excitation power and operation time,and it can be applied to non-destructive testing of various types of composite materials.
