引红济石隧洞钻爆段支护结构优化设计研究

摘    要:引红济石调水工程为陕西省南水北调重点建设工程,其输水隧洞为该工程的控制性工程。运用新奥法基本原理,利用隧洞开挖揭示地质条件,对前期地质条件揭示不充分条件下设计的一次支护结构和钢筋混凝土永久衬砌进行优化设计研究。通过系统的计算与分析,调整了原一次支护结构,确保了该隧洞钻爆段施工期围岩稳定与支护结构安全,确保该洞段顺利施工,并对钢筋混凝土永久衬砌的配筋量优化,大大降低钢筋量,节约了工程投资。

Optimization Design of Supporting System of Yinhongjishi Tunnel

Abstract:The Water Diversion Project from the Hongyan river to the Shitou river (Yinhongjishi) is the key water conservancy project that sends water from the southern part to the northern part of Shannxi province. The main tunnel is the key part of the project. In the paper, based on the basic theory of New Austria Tunneling Method, the scratch design parameters of bolt and shotcrete supporting system and reinforcement concrete lining are optimized with the newly discovered geological information during the excavation of the tunnel. The bolt and shotcrete supporting system is improved to ensure the stability of surrounding rock mass of tunnel during excavation, and the reinforced concrete lining structure is optimized with full consideration of the bolt and shotcrete sporting system and lower external water load to result in a substantial reduce of the steal content, and the cost is thus cut dramatically for the drilling and blasting process in the project.
