光伏发电最大功率跟踪技术研究

摘    要:对太阳能电池的工作原理及工作特性进行介绍,详细分析太阳能电池工作的等效电路和数学模型;介绍了几种最大功率点跟踪的控制方法;分析光伏并网逆变器的控制目标,研究其控制策略,并设计了基于SPWM的电压/电流型并网逆变器控制的控制系统数学模型。

Abstract:This paper firstly introduces the working principles and performance characteristics of photovoltaic cells, and presents a detailed analysis of the equivalent circuit and mathematical model of the cells. Secondly, it introduces several traditional MPPT control methods. Finally, it analyzes the control objective of the grid-connected photovoltaic inverter and studies on its control strategies, and then designs the mathematical model of the control system in the grid-connected photovoltaic voltage/current inverter based on Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM).
