军用电站雷电过电压影响因素及抑制方法

摘    要:针对军用电站机动防雷的特点及目前军用电站雷电防护技术性能较低、针对性不强等问题,以典型低噪声军用电站机动防雷为研究对象,首先基于PSCAD/EMTDC电力系统仿真软件,建立了军用电站发电机、控制箱和电缆等雷电防护关键部件的电磁暂态模型,构建了军用电站雷击电磁暂态仿真系统;研究雷电过电压对军用电站雷电防护关键部件作用机理及影响规律;提出了军用电站雷电过电压防护的技术方法,在军用电站雷电过电压的防护主要是在市电/电源/信号线路加装浪涌保护器,针对其防护薄弱环节研制的雷电过电压防护装置可靠性、安全性高,解决防雷装置通用化的难题,从而提高军用电站的雷电过电压防护及全天候作战能力。

Research on the Influence Factors and Limiting Methods for LightingOver-Voltage in Military Power Supply

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of lightning protection for military motor power station and low technical performance of military power station lightning protection and weak objective etc., this paper, based on typical low-noise motor lightning in military power station, establishes the electromagnetic transient model containing key parts in the lighting protection, such as generator, control unit, and cables by the PSCAD/EMTDC power simulation software. The action mechanism and influence laws of indirect lighting over-voltage in the military power supply are discussed, and a technical proposal of the indirect lightning protection for the military power system is presented. This proposal is realized mainly by installing the SPD on the parts of the electric supply line, power supply line and signal line to provide shielding and filtering for the indirect lightning protection. This lighting protection module device is of high reliability and safety, and can overcome the barriers of the conventional lightening protection device, and helps to improve the indirect lighting protection capability and anti-weather fighting ability of the military power supply.
