| 摘 要： | 大学自主性的制度环境是指决定、约束大学自主性活动的制度规则的总和。中国大学自主性的制度环境具有宏观鼓励与微观约束,制度剩余与制度匮乏,制度空间小于观念空间,民主法治传统的短缺与公民社会的不成熟等特征,正是这些特征导致中国大学自主性的现实特征。

| Abstract: | The systematic environment of university independence is that all rules and systems control activities of university independence. It features the encouragement of macro-viewpoints, the restriction of micro-viewpoints, system surplus and shortage, more system space than conception space, the lack of democratic tradition, and the immaturity of citizen society. |
